What a wonderful season our Unified Basketball team experienced! With a great mix of new players and experienced veterans, our team competed with pride, determination, and true sportsmanship against our Massasoit League counterparts. We are especially proud of our 8th graders: Cece Oliveira, Tommy Lefairve, and Hayleigh Guthrie on their outstanding careers at D.L. Beckwith. Your leadership, dedication, and positive spirit have made a lasting impact on our program and school community. Raider Inclusion Week is winding down, and what a meaningful celebration it has been! This week truly highlighted the power of unity, acceptance, and school pride across our community. Each day provided a unique opportunity for students and staff to come together and show their support: Monday – Walk in Someone Else’s Shoes: Mismatched socks filled the halls as a reminder to embrace different perspectives. Tuesday – Shine Bright for Inclusion: Bright and neon colors lit up the building and our commitment to inclusion. Wednesday – Raider Pride for Inclusion: A sea of blue and white showcased our shared pride and sense of belonging. Thursday – Find a Friend, Be a Friend: Friends dressed alike to celebrate connection, kindness, and community. Tomorrow – Every Voice Matters: Students and staff are encouraged to wear something that represents who they are. In addition, Raiders Connections will host a movie night from 6:00–8:00 PM at BMS featuring Out of My Mind—a powerful story that reinforces the importance of inclusion and understanding.#Inclusion #RaidersConnections #WeAreDR #EIS #DT2030
