This week, we celebrate the incredible work of our school bus drivers and remind our entire community about the importance of keeping our students safe on the road. 🚸
Safety Tips for Students: ✔️ Be on time for your bus stop. ✔️ Stay 10 feet away from the bus while waiting. ✔️ Wait for the driver's signal before crossing the street. ✔️ Stay seated and listen to your driver.
Safety Reminders for Drivers: 🚨 Always stop when the bus has its stop sign extended. 🚨 Be extra cautious in school zones and bus loading areas. 🚨 Slow down, especially when you see flashing yellow lights.

Today began NOT as a typical day. I was excited for our first “official” Day of DR Pride. As I walked across each campus with Dr. Souza, one thing became evident: despite having five schools across two towns, we are united as ONE DR! AND…THE WINNER IS…Beckwith Middle School.
